I have a Mahindra XUV 3XO AX5 Petrol Owner’s Manual and I have posted an ad for it. detailed review previously in this topic. Additionally, this is my experience and review of Mahindra after-sales service regarding an issue I faced with the rattle sound on the dashboard, which was also mentioned in my detailed review post.

Since I took delivery of my car 4 months ago, there has been a slight clicking noise coming from the dashboard, especially from behind the infotainment screen. I took the vehicle to Mahindra PPS service center on Kanakapura Road. Technicians at the service center acknowledged the problem during the road test and requested a few days for the problem to be fully diagnosed and resolved. Due to some factors, diagnosis took a little longer than expected.

To compensate for this additional time the car spent at the service center, I was extremely impressed by the service center’s gesture of offering to reimburse me for the taxi fare charges for my commute until they got the vehicle back, as they did not have a replacement vehicle. lend. Moreover, the staff at the service center proactively kept me updated on the vehicle’s repair status on a daily basis, without me having to follow up again and again. Extremely professional and courteous, this after-sales experience truly blew my mind.

I am very happy to inform you that the problem is now completely resolved and the cabin is now completely silent. We would like to thank PPS Mahindra Kanakapura Road employees Prema, Kavitha, Hemanth and Girish who handled this matter with exceptional attention to detail and professionalism. Couldn’t be happier to see today that Mahindra attaches such high level of importance to after-sales and service experience and takes really good care of its customers.

The big part was the software update, which arrived well ahead of the originally reported November 2024 timeline for wireless Apple Carplay. It works incredibly well. So far zero lag or disconnection in city usage. With wireless charging and wireless Apple Carplay/Android Auto and many other features, the AX5 model is a testament to value for money.

I just discovered that Mahindra has overtaken Tata as India’s 3rd largest automaker by September 2024 and is inches away from snatching the 2nd spot from Hyundai. It’s no surprise to see this, and I can safely say that it’s completely deserved. Mahindra’s emphasis on research and development, continuous improvement of its products, sincere listening to customer concerns, quality of after-sales and service experience have brought them this success and I hope they will break more such records in the coming days!
