2025 4-star WR Jayvan Boggs will take an official visit to Michigan Football

Sherrone Moore and Kirk Campbell traveled to Florida over the weekend to see 2026 quarterback signing Brady Hart. In addition to seeing Hart in action, the Wolverines were also impressed with 2025 four-star receiver Jayvan Boggs, to whom they offered a scholarship. Boggs, a UCF commit, has been headed to Missouri for a while now, but that could change with the Wolverines offering him a scholarship.

Boggs is on an official visit to see Ann Arbor and will be in town to watch Michigan face Northwestern on Saturday.

Boggs, a 6-foot-1 receiver, committed to the Knights on Aug. 6 and holds offers from teams like Florida, Georgia, Ohio State, Notre Dame, Oregon, Penn State and Texas, among others. According to the composite rankings, Boggs is ranked No. 231 in the ’25 class.

Boggs was the 2023 Mr. Florida Player of the Year after hauling in 93 catches for 1,500 yards and 24 touchdowns his junior year. Adding him to this roster would be a huge accomplishment for Michigan, which already has four-star forwards Andrew Marsh and Jacob Washington, as well as three-star Jamar Browder.

There will definitely be some hiring at this point, as Hart is Boggs’ high school teammate.
