Teens who broke into vehicles in Gettysburg were arrested

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (WHTM) — Three teenagers were arrested in Gettysburg after breaking into and stealing items from vehicles, according to a police report.

Gettysburg Borough Police said the teens, ages 15 to 17, broke into cars in the 300 block of North Stratton Street.

The police were able to find and arrest the suspects after the theft was learned around 17.30. Police said one of the suspects was believed to have committed a vehicle theft and this was reported to police on Nov. 6.

Among the stolen items seized by the police were phones and cologne. Below are photos of the items, and if any of them belong to you, you can contact police at 717-334-1168 to retrieve them.

Citizens are asked to keep their vehicle doors locked and to contact the police if they notice anything missing.
