Two teenagers injured in West Town shooting

Two teenagers were shot, one seriously injured, in West Town early Sunday, police said.

According to Chicago police, an 18-year-old man was driving in the 400 block of North Milwaukee Avenue around 4:30 a.m. when he heard gunshots and felt pain. The man was taken to Northwestern Memorial Hospital in critical condition with multiple gunshot wounds.

The 17-year-old young man was hospitalized with a bullet in his leg. He was reported to be in good condition at the University of Illinois Hospital.

There is no one in custody and Third Precinct detectives are investigating.
