Canandaigua man faces felony DWI charges after Victor incident

A Canandaigua man was arrested early Sunday on multiple criminal charges following a traffic stop on Interstate 490; where deputies said he was found driving with a blood alcohol content nearly three times the legal limit.

Michael A. Bradley, 32, of Risser Road in Canandaigua, was arrested at approximately 1:50 a.m. after Ontario County Sheriff’s Deputies observed him committing multiple traffic violations, including unsafe departure from his lane and failure to use the designated lane. He was pulled aside in .

During the stop, deputies determined that Bradley was operating the vehicle while intoxicated and later learned that he had a previous DWI conviction from 2019. Bradley was arrested on charges of Felony Driving While Intoxicated, Felony Driving While Intoxicated, and Felony Driving While Intoxicated with BAC. 0.08% or more.

Authorities said he provided a breath sample that showed his BAC was nearly three times the legal limit. Bradley was processed at the Ontario County Jail and released to a sober third party.

He is scheduled to appear in Victor City Court on Nov. 19 at 3:30 p.m. to answer the charges.
