Woman killed after being struck by pickup truck on Halloween night in Granby, Mo.

GRANBY, Mo. (KY3) -A woman walking with a three-year-old boy was shot and killed by the truck driver.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol says 20-year-old Vidalia Boyer of Seneca was on the side of Highway B when the driver struck Boyer at 7:30 on Halloween night. The child was slightly injured.

This is Troop D’s 94th death of 2024.

The town also experienced a fatal accident involving a child on October 10. Troopers said the boy failed to stop at a stop sign while riding his bike and was hit by an SUV.
