Far-right National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir also criticized Baharav-Miara. “Someone who politically oppresses government ministers and their families cannot continue to serve as Attorney General; it is a shame that there are still those who bury their heads in the sand and refuse to understand this,” he said in a statement.
