Silver Springs man dies in motorcycle crash

SILVER SPRINGS, Fla. (WCJB) – A 43-year-old man from Silver Springs died after crashing his motorcycle into a concrete mailbox and fence early Friday morning.

According to Florida Highway Patrol troopers, the 43-year-old man was heading north on Southeast 183rd Street just before 12:30 a.m., heading left just south of Southeast 26th Street.

The man went off the road and crashed into a concrete mailbox and fence.

It was determined that the man died at the scene.
