Young CEO reveals the crazy reason why he was not given an apartment

Melbourne CEO Kyle Hunt has revealed his “terrible” and shocking real estate agent experience.

Hunt, 25, has a busy schedule running three companies and was recently looking for a new rental.

The 25-year-old actor said that it was very difficult to find a nice place close to his work.

So she was delighted when she contacted a real estate agent for a private inspection of a nice-looking place.

Hunt said the agent seemed completely normal on the phone, but the excitement quickly died down when he arrived to inspect the property.

“When he saw me, his attitude changed completely.” shared in a TikTok video 159 thousand dollars to his followers.

Hunt said the manager was acting a bit strange but the spot he pointed out was exactly where he wanted it.

“I thought he was having a bad day. “He didn’t show us any of the rooms,” he told News.com.au.

“The venue was beautiful and it was a really good fit for me. “He was really close to the job.”

Hunt said the manager asked him if he had a partner, which he thought was a bit coincidental.

“I said ‘no’ and he said ‘ah’,” he explained.

The place was also supposed to come fully furnished, and when he started asking the real estate agent what did and didn’t come with the property, the man reportedly claimed “it’s none of his business.”

Hunt, who went to inspect the property with a friend, said they both laughed at the agent’s strange behavior.

But he was ready to ignore the agent’s distant behavior because he really wanted to rent.

He asked the agent to send him a link so he could apply online and secure the property.

“Two days have passed and I haven’t received a link to apply,” he said.

Hunt was so intrigued by the property that he decided to call the agent’s office to re-express his interest.

When the 25-year-old man asked why he had not heard from the manager, the man’s answer surprised him.

“He said, ‘I’m sorry, I shouldn’t have let you come and watch because of your age and the fact that you’re single,'” she said.

“’We wanted desirable candidates to see this place,’ he said. ‘What’s happening?’ I thought.

According to the Tenants Union, it is against the law to discriminate against tenants because of their race, sexual orientation, gender, disability, marital status or age.

The Tenants Union states that it is illegal for a landlord or estate agent to discriminate against you when you apply for rental accommodation.

Discrimination may occur by refusing to receive your application or ranking lower on the list of applicants, or by refusing to rent the property to you for any of the reasons outlined above.

Hunt was in disbelief.

After speaking with the representative, he called the office again and said he wanted to speak to someone else.

He thought this agent was cheating and that someone else at work might want to help him.

“They said I was blacklisted,” he said.

“I was very good. “They said, ‘We cannot offer you any of our property because of your age and because you are single,'” he said.

Hunt said he was told the investors they were dealing with were after desirable candidates who were “older” and had families.

“Frankly, I felt very bad. I think it took me three months to find a place that suited me personally,” he said.

Hunt said the behavior was “unpleasant” but thankfully she soon found another agent and a “great” apartment.

The 25-year-old attributed the whole experience to being “baked” and joked online about never wanting to act again.

Hunt shared the story online, and teens on TikTok were quick to share their opinions on the matter.

“Imagine having a dog! “It gets worse,” one warned.

“I felt like I was the dog,” Hunt replied.

“This isn’t obvious,” another said, and Hunt said he felt like he was being “stunted hard.”

“How many times has this happened to me,” another complained.

“This is ridiculous,” one wrote.

“Rejection is redirection,” said another.
