On Friday, the Ontario District Attorney’s Office announced that David Fallon was sentenced after he was stopped by New York State Police during a traffic stop and found with 0.5 ounces of cocaine. Comparing it to a lacrosse ball, the Deputy District Attorney explained that Fallon attempted to hide the packaged cocaine by placing it inside his body.

“Today, David Fallon Jr. faced the reality that a life of crime will result in a long prison sentence,” said ADA’s Peter Van Dellon.

As a result of the investigation, it was learned that Fallon, also known as “True”, was also selling the drug. He has a lengthy criminal history, having previously been convicted of two felonies and 12 misdemeanors.

“Fallon has proven time and time again that he does not have the ability to remain in the community as a law-abiding citizen,” said Assistant District Attorney Steven Farnholz.

Following the end of his 16-year prison sentence, Fallon is expected to undergo three years of post-release supervision.
