Wiltshire chippy praised for responding to online review

A business owner has been praised for addressing an online critic’s inappropriate comment about a female delivery driver.

A review of Robinson’s Traditional Fish & Chips near Trowbridge, Wiltshire, reads: “The really hot food from Robinsons is always great, plus the hot delivery girl.”

The store responded: “Thank you for your kind review of the meal, we will have a man deliver your meal from now on.”

Owner Philip Robinson said: “It may seem harmless, but we have to put limits on incidents like this.”
