Another day, another TikTok video with everyone fighting each other in the comments. This time it’s about a TikTok video about a woman who was called out by HR for her “inappropriate” work attire.

And the comments section is fiercely divided on who is right and who is wrong in this situation. Let’s take a look at the outfit that has everyone so excited.

The TikTok video begins with the woman explaining that she received an email from Paula in HR, complaining that the woman was “not happy” with the outfit she wore to work.

She explained to the camera: “I got an email from a lady in HR about my work attire. Apparently ‘inappropriate’. “I don’t think it’s too bad.”

She later describes the email she received to her male co-worker, Matt: “I got an email this morning from Paula saying she wasn’t happy with the outfit I wore to work.”

She asked him what he thought of his outfit, and he replied: “I think it’s appropriate business attire.”

She then secretly films HR saying about her work attire in the meeting, and Paula explains: “I have to admit, I was a little disappointed to see how you were dressed today after the email.”

The woman said she later asked one of her male colleagues about her attire, and he said there was “nothing wrong”.

But Paula replied: “I haven’t talked to Matt. I don’t think he’s in a position to say what he actually did. “We need to resolve this issue because we are receiving comments from other staff as well.”

The woman responded by asking Paula: “It’s not my fault, Paula. “This is their matter.”

Paula later claimed that some of the women’s co-workers complained that she was “begging for attention” with the outfit she chose for work. Ahh.

As for what people in the comments thought, one wrote: “This is a club dress.” Another added: “I was so ready to be there for you! But then you moved away from the camera.”

But others defended her and said it wasn’t her “fault” that her clothes distracted her co-workers. One said: “I think the comments about you begging for attention are totally out of line but it’s also the brother of these, office appropriate.”
