Restaurant owner accused of assaulting customer in staff book

It was stated that the defendants were Shahbaz Shaikh (44), a resident of Radiant Paradise in Wanowrie, and the other defendants were Mohammad Ayaz Shaikh.

Cantonment police arrested the owner and employee of Shahi Dawat Hotel in Pune Camp for allegedly assaulting a 40-year-old customer who had ordered food takeaways on October 25. According to police, the victim, Zakir Hussain Pathan, inquired about the delay in preparing the package. Because of this package, the defendant became uneasy and attacked him with a hard tool, injuring his head, neck and ear. It was stated that the accused is Shahbaz Shaikh (44), a resident of Radiant Paradise in Wanowrie, and the other accused is Mohammad Ayaz Shaikh (24), a resident of Ambegaon. The police invoked sections 118 (1), 115 (2), 352,351 (2) (3) and 3 (5) of the BNS against the accused.
