Ministry of Foundations: Hajj cannot be performed without permission

KUWAIT CITY, October 27: The Ministry of Endowments and Islamic Affairs announced that it has received a notification from the Saudi authorities emphasizing the need to comply with all regulations regarding Hajj, especially the requirement to obtain permission before starting the hajj.

The Ministry underlined that the Saudi authorities reaffirmed the fatwa of the Council of Senior Scholars stating that the Hajj is not allowed to be performed without permission.

To avoid penalties and violations, the Ministry of Endowments has called on the public to strictly comply with all guidelines and instructions regarding the Hajj.
