Lizzo donned an Ozempic-themed Halloween costume while the singer poked fun at a parodying episode of “South Park” earlier this year.

In her slideshow, Lizzo shared a video of herself standing next to a person dressed as the famous “South Park” character Eric Cartman while holding a piece of pizza in his hand.

The next two photos showed Lizzo posing in front of a black car while making a peace sign and giving her thumbs up. The singer also shared a photo of herself posing in a fake commercial for the Lizzo weight loss pill. The ad was emblazoned with the words: “Need some self-love? Try Lizzo! Release guilt. Gain confidence.”

The warning label on the ad read: “Side effects include a smile on your face and pep in your step.”

Lizzo later Instagram and TikTok giving a lively response to the scene.

“My worst fear came true,” Lizzo told fans. “I was referenced in an episode of South Park. I’m so scared. I’m going to do a blind duet right away.”

After the clip, she said, “It’s so crazy. I really feel like, damn, I’m really that b—-. I’m really that b—-. I really showed the world how to love yourself and these guys in Colorado know who I am “I don’t care to the point where they know and put it in their cartoons that have been around for 25 years.”

Lizzo denied speculation that she was taking Ozempic after showing off her dramatic weight loss in an Instagram post last month.

“When you finally get Ozempic claims after 5 months of weight training and calorie deficit,” Lizzo wrote in a video post.

The post was titled “‘OZeMpIc or CokE?’ – a fan,” along with a series of crying face emojis. The caption was directed at a social media user who commented on Lizzo’s previous post, which featured a video of herself wearing black leather shorts over a beige jumpsuit from her brand, Yizzy.

In a later post, Lizzo responded to an Instagram user asking, “Did she use Ozempic or snort coke?” He added a screenshot of the comments section of his previous post.
