The news means the UK will have two Housewives formats: The Real Housewives of Cheshire is now in its 17th series on ITVBe.

Producers working on the London edition have already announced that they are on the lookout for the highly polished cast.

Filming will begin in the first half of next year, but fans will have to wait until late 2025 before the first series is released.

The series can be watched on the broadcast platform Hayu.
