Twin Falls Police are investigating reports of shots fired Friday night

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — Twin Falls Police are investigating a shooting incident Friday night.

Eight officers with the Twin Falls Police Department responded to reports of shots fired on Capri Drive around 11:15 p.m. Friday, according to Twin Falls Police Sgt. Steven Gassert.

Gassert said officers could not find any suspects or the person shot when they arrived at the scene. Officers reported no injuries and no damage to nearby property.

While Gassert confirmed shots were fired, the exact number of shots fired is currently under investigation. According to Gassert, multiple callers reported a mixed number ranging from three to eight shots.

Police officers are investigating the incident and trying to gather video evidence to assist in the investigation.
