Police identify cyclist killed in Bedford crash

BEDFORD, Ohio (WOIO) – Police have identified the person killed while riding a bike in Bedford Friday morning as 59-year-old Linda K. Conger.

Bedford Police officers and the Bedford Fire Department were dispatched to 18200 Rockside Road for a two-car crash.

According to the statement, first responders arrived at the scene around 9:12 a.m. and saw a woman riding a bicycle pinned under one of the cars.

The Bedford Fire Department pronounced Conger dead at the scene and responded to the two drivers.

The Bedford crash investigation unit will investigate the crash.
